Nate Downing, MAI, AI-GRS

Nate Downing holds the MAI designation and the AI-GRS review specialty from the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General appraiser in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Idaho. A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and 14-year Air Force officer, he has appraised commercial real estate since 2006.

For nearly a decade he served as a review appraiser for the U.S. Department of the Interior and the USDA Forest Service, evaluating federal land valuations and the complex assignments most firms avoid.
